Job Description
CLINICAL NURSE COORDINATOR, RN WEEKEND - CARDIOVASCULAR SERVICES PCU 2DE. A clinical nurse coordinator (CNC) is a front-line care provider and coordinator and leader for the healthcare team. They apply the nursing process at the point of care through strategic assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation of the unit as a whole to guide efforts for systematic, quality, and safety improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- One (1) year experience in relevant nursing field required.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) approved curriculum of the American Heart Association (CPR and AED) program required.
- Act 33 with renewal.
- Act 34 with renewal.
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal.
