Lead Custodian

Independence Preparatory Academy is a new K-8 school in Fairfield, AL, seeking a Lead Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for its students and staff.

Requirements

• Experience as a custodian, janitor, or similar role (school preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and lead by example
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Must pass a background check in compliance with Alabama state law
