System Administrator, Level 2

Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mission-critical IT systems supporting national defense and intelligence operations. Support day-to-day IT operations across client/server systems, storage, network infrastructure, and enterprise platforms while ensuring system reliability, integrity, and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, particularly RHEL/CentOS environments
• Experience supporting Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems in enterprise environments
• Experience supporting virtual machines, storage infrastructure, system monitoring, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with shell scripting, Ansible, Git, automated patching, and configuration management
• Ability to communicate technical issues effectively to management, users, and support teams
• Experience documenting technical procedures, workflows, and operational support activities
