Index Exchange is a global advertising supply-side platform enabling media owners to maximize the value of their content on any screen. As a Senior Technical Account Manager II, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of DSP partnerships in China, provide day-to-day technical support, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete tasks for DSP partners. You will also support strategic planning and identify opportunities for growth, using data-driven analysis to identify insights and resolve problems.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Account manager, Sales Engineering or similar role in the programmatic space, focusing on SSPs, DSPs, or Publishers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of firewarewall, cloud hosting, and data flow limitation within market
- Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative solutions to a technical environment.
- Team player with a positive outlook, contributing to a growing organization.
- Proven ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with limited processes.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and success-driven personality.
- Exceptional analytical and consulting skills with experience in SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, publisher and servers, video players, OTT, STV/CTV, SSAI), web and mobile development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, APIs), and big data/data science is a plus.
