Adjunct - ESL

Instructing ESL students, assisting in language laboratories, and maintaining certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English as a Second Language (ESL), English, Foreign Language or a related field
• Coursework and/or experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL)
• Flexibility in work hours
• Computer proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and the internet
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with students from diverse cultural and language backgrounds
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and possess good judgment and a strong work ethic
• Credentialing requirements for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS)
