Job Description
Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions, handles walk-in customers, collects payments, and assists with claims paperwork. Requires high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and Property & Casualty insurance license.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
