Job Description
This is a full-time Nuclear Medicine Technologist position located at Bloomington Hospital. The role involves performing diagnostic procedures involving the use of radioactive drugs, preparing and operating equipment, and treating patients with care and respect.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Life Support certification (if applicable)
- Active status through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine, RT(NM); or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB): Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT); or a recent graduate of an approved training program in Nuclear Medicine (board eligible)
- Computed Tomography (CT) certification within 18 months of hire through ARRT or NMTCB (if performing SPECT/CT or PET/CT)
- Current Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) license as Nuclear Medicine Technologist
