RCS Associate - Days

Deliver customer-facing services in Revenue Cycle System Services, including scheduling, registration, and financial counseling. Mon-Fri 8a-5p with occasional Saturdays. Opportunity for Hybrid schedule. Onsite location is Bloomington RAHC.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• High level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
