Job Description
Opportunity for remote schedule. Mon-Fri from 8a-5p. Responsibilities may include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior-authorization, financial counseling, cashiering, release of information and customer service.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to interact professionally with patients, administrators and clinical staff.
- Proficiency in using EMT systems
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
