RCS-Senior Associate

This position is responsible for delivering customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Key responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, load insurance, patient payment, and setting up payment arrangements. A high level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills is required.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle
• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance
• High level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives
