RCS Team Lead

Job Title: RCS Team Lead. Leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the Revenue Cycle Services team.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with Indiana University Health Revenue Cycle Services strongly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of revenue cycle requirements and regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings.
• Ability to promote teamwork and develop team members.
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
