RCS Senior Associate

This position is responsible for delivering customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and customer service. The position requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.

Requirements

• Indiana State Navigator's license (for Individual Solutions Coordinator)
• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle (preferred)
• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance
• High level of interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives
