Job Description
This Maintenance Technician position involves performing mechanical preventative and repair work for Building Authority buildings. The role focuses on HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, plumbing, and building automation. The technician must follow building policies, safety regulations, and adhere to assigned duties. Special duties include smoke/fire evacuation system maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: EPA Certification, ACM Certification, High School Diploma, Valid Indiana Driver’s License.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, variable weather conditions.
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and platforms.
- Competencies in technical skills, work ethic, communication, and team work.
