Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform repairs, troubleshoot, and maintain systems. This role involves preventative maintenance, on-site repairs including HVAC, appliances, and plumbing, and assisting with inspections. Must be able to move heavy equipment safely and be available for emergency maintenance calls.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely
- Availability for emergency maintenance calls 24/7
- EPA Certification
