Repairs and preventive maintenance, based on standard approaches. Heavy equipment operation required. 24/7 availability for emergencies
Assistant Property Manager
HUD/Section 8 knowledge required. 2+ years' experience is a must. A plus is one-site experience with affordable housing
Leasing Consultant
High school degree is preferred. Strong customer service and follow up skills necessary. Understand local fair housing laws
Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance supervision experience. Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems. Understanding of health & safety & budgeting is necessary
Front Desk Concierge
Customer service experience needed. Role involves guest greeting and check-in/check-out management
Maintenance Technician
