Job Description
This Groundskeeper position involves performing repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on properties, including HVAC, appliances, and electrical systems. The role requires on-site work, 24/7 availability for emergencies, and adherence to standardized maintenance procedures. The ideal candidate will also assist with inspections and winterizing facilities.
Requirements
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot systems
- Adhere to standardized diagnostic approaches for preventative maintenance
- Perform on-site basic repairs (HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical, plumbing) for the property.
- Ensure property readiness for inspections
- Assist with inspections and document quality
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (winterizing facilities and preparing for inspections)
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely
- Coordinate on-call coverage
