This Groundskeeper role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on properties. They need to be safety-conscious with heavy equipment and be available for emergency calls. Responsibilities include inspecting vacant units, overseeing painting, and preparing properties for inspections.
Requirements
- Perform basic repairs, HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, facility electrical systems, plumbing systems, and any other special equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including 24/7 availability.
- Inspect vacant units and prepare them for inspection.
- Inspect Vendor services and documentation.
- Assist with all repairs, weather conditions considered.
- Complete training programs.
