Job Description
This Assistant Property Manager will handle all aspects of a renovation process, assisting with schedules, making ready, reviewing leases, collecting rent, and handling evictions and vendor relations. They will also be responsible for maintaining lease files and ensuring timely turn of apartments after move-out. Physical inspection and maintenance of the property is a key component of the role.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HUD/Section 8 policies and procedures
- One-Site experience with affordable housing (a plus)
- Two (2) years of previous experience in property management
- Ability to conduct routine property inspections and maintenance
- Process invoices and security deposits
