Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Fleet Lead to manage and support a team of Asset Analysts across Central Europe. The role involves executing regional fleet strategies, ensuring process deployment, and driving performance.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, rent-a-car, supply chain, or project management
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing teams, including performance management and coaching
• Strong background in fleet management and supplier/partner management
• Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Availability to travel frequently within the region
