Regional Fleet Lead - Central Europe

Indie Campers is looking for an experienced Regional Fleet Lead to manage and support a team of Asset Analysts across Central Europe. The role requires a highly collaborative leader who can execute regional fleet strategies and drive performance in line with customer satisfaction, unavailability, and infleet goals.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, rent-a-car, supply chain, or project management
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing teams, including performance management and coaching
• Strong background in fleet management and supplier/partner management
• Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory); fluency in a regional language (e.g., German, Italian, French, or Spanish) is a strong plus
