Indie Campers is looking for a Regional Commercial Principal β APAC to own the full commercial lifecycle of RV assets in the region. The role involves procurement, sales, and commercial strategy, with a focus on shaping the future of the RV market in APAC.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in sales within a multinational auto brand, fleet management company, auto trader, or e-commerce platform.
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills with OEMs, distributors, or large suppliers.
- Solid understanding of vehicle lifecycle economics, including depreciation, resale, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial planning, pricing, or P&L management.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across regions and cultures.
- Entrepreneurial drive: comfortable owning results, making data-driven decisions, and moving fast in a scaling environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
