Regional Head of Fleet Procurement & Sales β APAC will own the full commercial lifecycle of RV assets in the region, from acquisition to resale, and be responsible for both Procurement and RV Sales. This is a senior specialist position combining strategic negotiation, commercial analysis, and hands-on execution.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in sales within a multinational auto brand, fleet management company, auto trader, or e-commerce platform
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills with OEMs, distributors, or large suppliers
- Solid understanding of vehicle lifecycle economics, including depreciation, resale, and market dynamics
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial planning, pricing, or P&L management
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across regions and cultures
- Entrepreneurial drive: comfortable owning results, making data-driven decisions, and moving fast in a scaling environment
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required
