The IT Senior Application Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, build and run phases for applications, particularly Human Resources business functions. The role partner with HR and Business teams and within IT to assess, prioritize and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Contribute to IT and Business Applications roadmap
- Participate as key resource in system enhancements and projects
- Deliver effective business support and facilitate with vendors for issues and enhancements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Provide Subject Matter IT application knowledge for design, build and run for HR Applications
- Act as primary contact point for the outsourced vendor team to deliver services within service level agreements for IT
