Peoplevisor is seeking an experienced HR Workforce Systems Analyst to facilitate and drive technology changes & solutions, aligning to corporate policy & best practices.
Requirements
- Work with an agile team to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements, create detailed technical design documents or user stories.
- Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across multiple teams to drive secured solutions and manage efforts such as Software as a Service (SaaS) integrations, Single Sign-on (SSO) & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and data migrations.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology integrations, able to communicate effectively with product teams, technology areas and leadership.
- Assist with defining, implementing and monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and standards.
- Researches latest industry leading practices to incorporate them into process improvement methodologies
