Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking a People Operations Analyst to oversee their back-end people processes. The role involves managing HR systems, leading employee data practices, ensuring compliance, and providing HR reports. The company provides crisis-level mental health care in outpatient settings and is rapidly expanding.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in an HR operations, HR analyst, or HRIS capacity
- Experience with managing employee data and HCM systems, ADP preferred
- Experience with HR compliance/policy
- Experience with HR reporting and people analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in excel
- Proven ability to take initiative
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously
