Job Description
The Corporate Legal role is responsible for providing legal opinions and assistance to the company and its affiliates on domestic and international legal-related issues. The role involves reviewing contracts, drafting and revising agreements, and providing advice on legal issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree of Laws
- At least 5 years' experience in a Law firm or conglomerates (preferably in manufacturing business)
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
- Notarial Services
- Research and Interpersonal Skill
- Experience relating FBL/BOI is a plus
