Job Description
We are looking for a Legal (Commercial & Operational Contracts) professional to provide legal support and advisory to business divisions within the Maxis group.
Requirements
- Degree in Law (LLB)
- Minimum 15 years’ experience post being called to the Bar with at least 3 years in a private practice with a leading law firm
- Able to work independently
- Positive, passionate, collaborative
- Thrives in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Enjoys learning new things, meeting new people and working with diverse range of internal stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and good problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills when dealing with counter-parties to a transaction as well as internal stakeholders.
