Job Description
National Account Manager for Flavors/Bakery division with up to $165K base salary and uncapped commissions. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, increasing sales, and executing go-to-market strategies. Requires 5+ years of food ingredient sales experience, strong technical R&D knowledge, and BA/BS in Food Science or related field.
Requirements
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
- Service existing customer accounts and establish new accounts
- Maintain high level of visibility at accounts to build strong relationships
- Focus sales efforts on most profitable business
- Keep management informed by updating CRM and compiling call reports
- Create and present professional presentations
- Act as liaison between customer and internal teams
- Execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and customers
- Utilize sales process to carry opportunity through sales cycle
- Develop annual sales and expense budget
- Represent company at trade associating meetings and conventions
