Instrumentation and Electrical Technician-Temporary

Role Overview

The Instrumentation and Electrical Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation issues that would negatively impact the safe operation of plant systems. They also proactively test, repair and upgrade electrical and instrumentation systems. This is a safety critical role.

What You Will Do

Safely and efficiently maintain/repair manufacturing and utilities equipment, monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process, and utilize computer systems to obtain spare parts for equipment repairs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 5 years electrical and/or instrumentation experience in an industrial maintenance environment, certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations, and excellent communications skills.

• High school education or equivalent
• 5 years electrical and/or instrumentation experience in an industrial maintenance environment
• Certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations
• Previous chemical plant experience
• Excellent communications skills
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office programs
