Instrumentation and Electrical Technician

Role Overview

The Instrumentation and Electrical Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation issues to ensure safe operation of plant systems. They will work on electrical and instrumentation systems, maintain equipment, and participate in training and development activities.

What You Will Do

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and instrumentation issues, maintain equipment, and participate in training and development activities. Work on electrical and instrumentation systems, including installation, calibration, and repair of instruments and electrical equipment.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 5 years of electrical and/or instrumentation experience in an industrial maintenance environment, high school education or equivalent, and certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations. Must be able to work rotating shift schedule and physically capable of climbing stairs and ladders.

• 5 years electrical and/or instrumentation experience in an industrial maintenance environment
• Certifications from trade schools and/or professional organizations
• Previous chemical plant experience
• Excellent communications skills
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office programs
