Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer, you’ll be a key technical expert in the region, designing and delivering tailored Infobip solutions that power exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Deeply understand customers’ businesses and map Infobip products and solutions to their strategic goals and use cases.
• Design and document complex solution architectures, technical integrations, and effort estimates based on detailed requirements.
• Lead technical conversations with customers and partners, including demos, proof-of-concepts, scoping workshops, and handling technical/security questionnaires.
• Configure and customize Infobip solutions, ensuring implementations for new and existing customers are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Create clear technical documentation, meeting summaries, and solution enablement materials that support successful delivery and adoption.
• Design conversational workflows and strategies (dialog flows, wireframes, templates) for Infobip Answers and other Infobip products.
• Share best practices, mentor junior team members, and provide market‐driven feedback to improve our products and internal ways of working.
