The Voice Product Sales Director/Product Sales Expert drives regional growth and achieves sales targets for Voice across the North America region. Acting as a deliverability champion and strategic partner, the PSE translates company strategy and work done with the product teams into actionable regional plans, collaborates with local sales teams to position Infobip Voice as a superior product through deliverability, and identifies market opportunities to maximize gross profit, and guide customers toward best-in-class deliverability practices.
Requirements
- Background in business or product, with strong understanding of sales and consultancy
- Proven experience in Voice, telecom, or CPaaS products
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical, sales acceleration, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities with customer-facing confidence
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate in diverse regulatory conditions across North America
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong plus
- Willingness to travel to support key opportunities and field teams
