• Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in business intelligence tools and Cloud / Saas / ERP.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with process improvement methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and other common business applications.
