The Senior Professional Services Procurement Specialist oversees strategic contracting and end-to-end category management for professional services. The role advances sourcing strategy, negotiates commercial terms, manages supplier performance, and mitigates risk across consulting, legal, audit/tax, marketing, HR/talent, and contingent labor/SOW.
Requirements
- Experience with procuring professional services categories, including consulting, legal, HR, software development, and IT services.
- Experience negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), rate cards, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), SLAs/KPIs, and change-control mechanisms to ensure cost transparency and delivery accountability.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Experience and knowledge of procurement processes, contract terms, and compliance standards.
- Experience with IT outsourcing, cloud services, and royalty/licensing arrangements.
- Experience with commercial contracting and negotiation, including the ability to assess financial implications accurately to support decisions.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, financial controls, approval workflows, and contract administration processes.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
