Job Description
We are looking for a QA Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to work on the Notification Centre team, ensuring product quality from development through release.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong expertise in both manual and automation testing using various tools
- Create comprehensive testing scenarios for new requirements and existing features
- Maintain detailed test documentation for tracking and reporting purposes
- Apply logical and analytical skills to detect and resolve errors, issues, and process faults
- Report defects accurately and promptly using JIRA
- Experience in API testing through Postman/Newman
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and product/service quality
- Possess knowledge of cloud-based testing
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Mobile Testing: Test mobile applications using real devices and emulators/simulators
