Solution Consultant, Senior - Automotive Team Lead

Infor is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for the Automotive Team Lead role in Japan. The successful candidate will drive sales opportunities by delivering compelling demonstrations of Infor CloudSuite solutions and collaborate with sales, consulting, and partner teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the Automotive industry (ideally Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Proven track record in presales / solution consulting roles, supporting complex sales cycles for enterprise software
• Experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues, with the ability to drive sales strategies and foster collaboration across departments
• Fluent in Japanese; proficiency in English is preferred for global collaboration
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and influence stakeholders at all levels (end-users to C-level)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor CloudSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise applications)
• Hands-on experience configuring demo instances for enterprise-level software applications
• Tertiary qualification in a business, technology, or related field is preferred
