Sr. Director, Corporate Development

The Sr. Director of Corporate Development will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic mergers, acquisitions, investments, and divestitures to drive inorganic growth and strategic portfolio optimization for Infor. This is a hands-on role where the individual will navigate complex situations, influence outcomes, and gain broad exposure across the business.

Requirements

• Prior experience leading M&A transactions from conception to completion
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A
• Prior experience managing M&A pipelines
• Financial analysis skills, including valuation methodologies, economic thinking, and investment decision-making frameworks
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively to achieve deal objectives in a matrixed environment
