Sales Executive- Cater+Event

This role is based in our Chicago or NYC office. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling exhibit space, sponsorship packages, and media advertising opportunities for The Special Event. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or media industry.
• Strong understanding of the events industry and its key players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
