The Senior Operations Executive, Exhibition role is responsible for assisting with the preparation of technical manuals, managing contractors, and ensuring smooth exhibition operations. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in operations or events.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel/Event Management and/or equivalent
- 3 years of Operation or relevant experiences in Events/Exhibitions/MICE industry is preferred
- Demonstrated decision-making ability in a leadership or team management role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Conversant with the various software programme (Photoshops, Illustrations, Autocad, Canva,...) is a plus
