Senior Full Stack Engineer

You'll own delivery of services, lead on architecture and design, support delivery planning, build stakeholder trust, and mentor and develop others.

Requirements

• 5+ years' proven experience in a Full Stack Engineering role
• Advanced skills in.NET, Java, or Python, plus modern JavaScript libraries
• Experience taking ownership of delivery for services or significant components across the full lifecycle from design to operation
• Strong understanding of architectural and design patterns, including serverless and microservices
• Experience working in Agile environments, using Scrum, Kanban, and test-driven development (TDD)
• Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced engineers
• Proven experience engaging with clients, taking ownership of technical decisions and delivery outcomes, and building trusted relationships
