As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Informed Solutions, you’ll take a leading role in designing, building, and delivering complex digital solutions that tackle real-world challenges in the public sector.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ proven experience in a Full Stack Engineering role, with advanced skills in.NET, Java or Python, plus modern JavaScript libraries
- Experience taking ownership of delivery for services or significant components across the full lifecycle from design to operation
- Strong understanding of architectural and design patterns, including serverless and microservices, with the ability to lead and assure their application
- Experience working in Agile environments, using Scrum, Kanban and test-driven development (TDD), and contributing to delivery planning and estimation
- Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced engineers, providing guidance and enabling high-quality, efficient delivery
- Proven experience engaging with clients, taking ownership of technical decisions and delivery outcomes, and building trusted relationships
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), delivering scalable, secure and well-architected solutions
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and/or Terraform
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to respect and accept different perspectives and disagreement, work collaboratively in diverse teams, and maintain positive working relationships
- Good judgement and decision-making in complex environments where uncertainty, ambiguity, and risk must be collaboratively managed by working supportively alongside others
- Good communication skills, including clear, constructive written outputs and measured, respectful verbal delivery
