Job Description
We are looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Principal & Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively managing transformation, change, and digital adoption for large-scale transformation programs. You will also be the point of contact for specific activities, build and manage relationships with client managers, and contribute to business development proposals.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering organisational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches, and deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency)
- Additional Language (including Dutch, Italian, Spanish, or French) is a requirement for this role
