Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in Organizational Change Management in the Life Sciences sector. The role involves managing transformation, change, and digital adoption for large-scale programs, and building key client and stakeholder relationships. You will work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and have opportunities to develop new skills.
Requirements
- Change Management experience with consulting experience in delivering change in the Life Sciences (LS) vertical sector
- Experience in delivering organisational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches and deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal fluency in English (C2 proficiency)
- Experience in one or more of these change management areas: Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; Benefits Realisation; and Training & Development
