Principal Utilities Portfolio Lead

We are seeking a Principal Utilities Portfolio Lead to oversee a portfolio of projects within the utilities sector, including transmission, substation, and distribution projects. The successful candidate will lead and oversee a portfolio of transmission, substation, and distribution projects, manage large-scale programs, and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the utilities sector, particularly in project management roles
• Proven track record of team leadership and talent acquisition
• Deep expertise in commercial consulting within the transmission and distribution (T&D) utility industry
• Strong program and account management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Sales and Marketing skills, including RFP and client proposal development, leading business cases and client presentations, and contributing to thought leadership
