Infotel India is looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to drive and oversee the recruitment strategies and operations to attract top talent that align with our business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and ethical recruitment practices
