Job Description
InfoTip is seeking a Junior HR Generalist to support the expansion of their teams, create job postings, communicate with applicants, and standardize HR processes. The role involves learning about data protection, IT, and labor law, and contributing to the company culture by introducing benefits.
Requirements
- Very good German and English skills (German C1; English B2) to conduct job interviews confidently
- Completed commercial education or degree (e.g. business administration, social sciences)
- First experience in recruitment or HR would be ideal
- Secure handling of Office products and the willingness to familiarize yourself with various HR tools
- Social media affinity
- Analytical thinking and precise working method
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with legal aspects of personnel management
