We’re looking for a forward-thinking Associate Director, Enterprise Data Governance to lead the evolution of data stewardship and governance practices across a complex, fast-moving organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in data governance, stewardship, or enterprise data management
- Proven track record as a data governance SME in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong experience driving adoption of governance frameworks and tools
- Hands-on experience with tools like Informatica, Atlan, Alation, or similar
- Expertise in data classification, metadata management, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience mentoring teams and managing governance initiatives
