Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team in a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1+ year of experience in a Contact Center / Customer Support / Shared Services environment, and excellent conflict resolution and customer interaction skills.
