Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields)
- Previous experience in HR administration or working with data is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command of English to operate in an international environment
