Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a ServiceNow environment
- Solid familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to present ideas and facilitate discussions
